We found a Waverunner posted on the Ziegler website and decided to give them a call. CJ Millsap took our call and was very professional. We talked numbers and CJ offered to take pictures and text them to us. The dealership was closing but CJ provided me his number and told me to expect several pictures and to call him with any questions outside the normal business hours if I needed to. I called CJ after reviewing the pictures and we set up a time to meet Saturday morning. Oh, did I mention we made a 3 hour drive to Ziegler??? Once we arrived we were greeted by CJ and we previewed the Waverunner. We decided to proceed with the purchase and there were no surprises or up charges (thank you CJ and Matt) .The original trailer they quoted ended up being slightly undersized. They made sure we got the correct trailer with no issues. Cannon Haywood from the service department took care of the assembly of the trailer and was very kind in ensuring everything was set up properly for the ride home. Cannon took time out to ensure we were comfortable with the set up. Landry from the finance department did a great job too and was a pleasure to deal with. The only negative is we have to wait about 4 months to use our new toy! Thanks again CJ for making this happen (and thanks for the follow up text inquiring if we made it home okay). We appreciate the team that Ziegler assembled and had a terrific experience.

I recently purchased a demo Pioneer 1000-5 from Zeigler and their level of customer service is second to none! I have purchased many cars, powersport products and a few RVs in my life and no dealership has ever worked so hard to make sure their customer was happy. Nate provided a low pressure sale and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. He has been awesome since the first contact! In fact he built so much trust with me that I purchased the machine unseen from nearly 800 miles away!Cam delivered the Pioneer to my home arriving at nearly midnight and to my surprise was in a great mood! The Pioneer was better than expected when it arrived! Two minor issues with accessories were discovered a couple weeks later. Nate and the parts folks immediately took care of it. I cannot express enough thanks to Nate, Cam and all the folks at Zeigler Motorsports for providing one of, if not the best, customer service experiences I've ever had! I WILL purchase from Zeigler again and hope the next time I get to visit their very nice (from the pics) dealership. Give Zeigler a chance and ask for Nate.... he'll treat you right!!!

My Goldwing broke down as I was passing through the area as I was on my way to Montana to deal with a family illness. Rob in the service department adopted me like a brother and he and his service staff helped me get the problem assessed quickly and make the wise decision that my engine was probably beyond repair in the time I had and that I should leave the bike at Zeigler and fly to Montana. I did that and after further consultation with Rob we agreed it was best to have the bike shippped Home for work. I stored the bike a Zeigler for a few weeks while I dealt with my family problems and arranged to have the bike picked up and shipped home to California. Rob and his staff simply could not have been better in their diagnosis of the bikes problems, then in helping me understand my options and then in helping me arrange to have the bike shipped. Lastly, after repeated requests to bill me for their time and storage, they refused and said they were glad they were there to help me. The professional and personal attention and care I was given was as good as it could have been; and yet I was a walk in customer from 4,000 miles away who they had never seen and who they were unlikely to see again. That is dedication to Motorsports. If only everyone in the business was that service oriented!

I recently bought a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja KRT Edition from Zeigler Motorsports in Kalamazoo, MI. The model was not on the showroom floor, but the salesman Todd immediately helped me look for it in the back area. We eventually found it in the back. He then went over the numbers with me, no haggling required. He and Zeigler was able to sell the bike to me a bit under MSRP. I financed with Zeigler Finance, through Consumers Credit Union. I worked with Spencer from finance. No frills during the process and the paperwork was straight forward. Yes, I read every piece of paper front and back. For me as a commuter, I thought the Zeigler Maintenance plan was worth it. I also bought the other warranty (forgot what its called). I just used the maintenance plan for the 600 miles. Zeigler technician (forgot his name) was friendly and prompt. No hassle pickup, maintenance, and return. I also asked them to put on frame sliders which they did. Again, for me as a commuter and someone that isnt mechanically inclined the Zeigler Maintenance was worth it. I also worked with Kaleb from the parts department. He was able to get me a small discount on some new gear (Alpinestars jacket, Arai helmet, and frame sliders). Zeigler and the folks mentioned above were very helpful, prompt, and friendly.

I recently purchased quite a few parts for my nephews dirt bike. Apparently one of the smaller parts, front sprocket, was lost during shipping. I called Zeigler Motorsports and spoke with Alison (SP?) and explained my issue and she said "no problem, we will get a replacement sent out to you". It is very refreshing to have an online purchase where the customer service is helpful. I will definitely make any future motorcycle part purchases from this company. The icing on the cake is they were the least expensive I could find online for OEM parts. Highly recommend!

I've known about Zeigler as a whole for a long time; they're a pretty big name in Kalamazoo, I've bought cars through their dealerships, I have a friend that is a salesman at the Stadium Drive BMW dealership...but this was the first time I had been in the motorsports dealership. It won't be my last! Todd (sales) helped me find the cycle I was looking for and was super helpful; finance (Justin I think?) was instrumental in getting me a good deal on both the cycle and the financing; and accessories got me set up with a new helmet that fits well, is comfortable, and was within my cash budget. Everyone, from the time I walked in the door until the time I left with my new cycle, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. All in all, absolute 5 stars! You guys will be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a motorcycle (or other "fun" vehicle), and I'll definitely be a return customer in years to come. Thanks again!!!

A little mix up when I went to pick it up but the service dept. got right on it and made it happen. Great breath of fresh air to finally have a Polaris dealer in Kalamazoo that wants to work with us riders.

I ordered parts for my Honda Foreman, which was very easy on the web site. Tracking the order was great using the number provided when parts shipped. Shipping was fast and at a fair price. The parts were exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition. My local dealers would have had to order some of the parts anyway at a much higher price. I would highly recommend Zeigler Motor sports to everyone. Not only did they do a great job repairing our waverunner in a very timely manor but they took the time to come and pick it up and then took it a step further going across the lake on our boat to help us get it out of the water. Had it up and running and returned in time for us to us it the next weekend. I'm also very impressed with the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. Shopping for a motorcycle is difficult enough but the people at Zeigler Motorsports made it a pleasurable experience. Justin Rzanca and Jerry Thornton handled my purchase and it went off without a hitch. My only regret is that I live too far away to just stop in and visit.
